Building confidence and empowering people is my passion. Every day, individuals face stressful issues, traumas, and problems that are difficult to manage alone. I want to help you navigate these challenges and find sustainable solutions so that you can heal, feel good, and be your best self.

I ascribe to systemic therapy approaches, including Family Systems and Narrative Therapy. I welcome the opportunity to serve you in understanding your purpose and life's meaning while overcoming depression, anxiety, infidelity, sexual trauma, anger, parenting problems, and other challenges.

Tonya earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota.

In addition to several education certificates, Tonya earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Tonya has worked within the field of education and social work for over 25 years. Tonya is passionate about supporting the needs of individuals with a strengths-based lens.

Life can come with many complexities, and sometimes those complications impede our lives, impacting thoughts, emotions, behaviors, daily functioning, and living. Desiring healthier mental, emotional, and social functioning to improve ideas, feelings, behaviors, and overall quality of life may require additional help.

My approach to counseling is holistic, considering all aspects of a person's life. I ascribe to IFS, EFIT, Psycho-dynamic, CBT, and sometimes SFT. I integrate faith & spirituality as appropriate. These approaches help you overcome challenges with; depression, anxiety, complex trauma, dissociation, abuse, boundaries, and general relationship issues.

I hope to collaborate with you on your wellness journey while creating a safe space of acceptance, peace, and empowerment for your future. While serving you to achieve personal wholeness, interpersonal competence, mental stability, and spiritual maturity.

Catherine earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. She began her career as a CPA at KPMG before dedicating her time to raising her six children. Her personal journey has given her firsthand insight into managing the challenges of Serious and Persistent Mental Illness within her family.

Catherine brings extensive experience in working with high-conflict couples and families, helping them navigate challenges and restore balance in their lives. She is deeply passionate about supporting clients through life’s turbulent moments, such as divorce and unexpected major life transitions. Catherine also embraces the opportunity to explore her clients’ faith as they overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles.

Fluent in French, Creole, and English, Catherine creates a welcoming and supportive environment for all her clients, guiding them toward growth and resilience.

Lucreshia Grant

Meet Lucreshia Grant, MA

Prelicensed Therapist

Lucreshia is warm, caring and open-minded. Working in the field for four years now, she can help individuals, couples and families with a variety of issues, from basic communication trouble to deep healing and betrayal recovery. She comes with extensive training in Gottman principles, Atkinson, emotionally focused therapy and sex therapy. She helps people dealing with past trauma, addiction issues, and situational violence come to a healthier space in their loving relationship. She specializes in working closely with interracial couples as well. Lucreshia has a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Marriage and Family Therapy and a bachelor’s degree from Augsburg University in Sociology.

I am currently pursuing my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan University in Minnesota, majoring in Human Services. During my undergraduate journey, I worked with youths struggling with substance use addiction and delinquent behaviors by providing coordinated services to youths and their families through a wraparound approach. I also worked with children in school settings dealing with academic and socioeconomic challenges by providing comprehensive support to students and their families.

With a focus on family, individual, and couple dynamics, I am committed to helping clients, navigating challenges, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. I aim to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment to explore their concerns. Through a person-centered and strength-based approach, I strive to empower clients to gain insight, build resilience, and make positive life changes.

Toyee earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. With this strong academic foundation, she is dedicated to her role as a helping professional in the mental health field.

Over the course of her 21-year career in healthcare, Toyee has served in a variety of roles, providing compassionate support to individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. She utilizes a person-centered approach, along with motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy, to help individuals and couples address their concerns and create meaningful, positive change.

Toyee’s care is marked by empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to family-centered care. She is passionate about empowering couples and families, equipping them with the tools they need to leverage their strengths and resources as they navigate life’s challenges.

Donovan Robinson

Meet Donovan Robinson

Prelicensed Therapist

Donovan is completing a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. His academic journey includes an associate’s degree in business studies from Lackawanna College and a bachelor’s degree in applied arts and sciences: Psychology from Merrimack College. As an undergraduate, he navigated new environments, challenges, and uncertainties that pushed him to adapt and grow in profound ways. These experiences shaped his passion for empowering and motivating others, inspiring him to help clients achieve their fullest potential.

His favorite quote is: "A lot of people don't realize their potential because they're just so risk-averse. Life is about taking risks. If you never take a risk, you will never achieve your dreams."

Hello! I’m Yike, a therapist fluent in both English and Mandarin. I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University and currently pursuing a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. At the heart of her practice is a commitment to person-centered care, which emphasizes meaningful relational interactions and authentic emotional exchanges. She works with individuals, couples, and families to create a supportive and safe space where they can explore their concerns and grow together. Therapy is a unique journey for everyone, and her goal is to empower clients to create lasting change in their lives—both during therapy and beyond.

Isaac-Moise de SABA

Meet Isaac-Moise de SABA, MA

Bilingual – English and French / Prelicensed Therapist

Moses earned a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri Baptist University (CACREP accredited). His professional experience spans individual counseling in private practice, federally qualified health centers, and school-based settings, where he provided clinical support to elementary and high school students. Additionally, Moses has co-facilitated and independently led mental health groups for Native American men and women navigating substance use and probation, through Minnesota Department of Human Services and federally qualified mental health organizations.

Throughout his career, Moses has been honored to work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. These experiences have underscored the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships and utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client growth.

Moses primarily employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporates Person-Centered Therapy elements to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment. He emphasizes inclusivity and respect, tailoring his approach to meet each client's unique needs and goals. He also integrates Mindfulness-based techniques to help clients manage stress and enhance self-awareness.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology, Moses has a longstanding passion for helping others, having served as a pastor for 12 years. Warm, compassionate, and fluent in both English and French, Moses is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
